How did you become a successful Mortgage Broker?

In late 1999 I was living in New Jersey and running a very successful Fitness Training Business. I had always dreamed of moving to Florida when I received a phone call from my brother, Gil Torres from Florida, asking me if I wanted to join him in his new venture. My brother was starting a Mortgage Correspondent Lending Company and I decided to join him. I brought my knowledge and experience from my Fitness Training Business and applied it to my Mortgage Broker Business.

How do you help prospects achieve financial freedom?

The way that I help prospects achieve financial freedom is through questions that I ask them and depending on the answers I structure the proper program for their particular needs and goals.

There's more to life than business, what hobbies or other interests do you have?

A healthy balance between work and play is a big part of my life therefore when I moved to Florida my goal was to explore and enjoy the state. Working out is still a big part of my life and being here in South Florida has made it both easier and more enjoyable!

I enjoy sports so much that I collect sports cards. I love all types of music, eating, hangin' out with my bulldog "Abby", my godson "Gil Jr." and my niece "Alana"!!
